Abstract

Secondary abstract: |
Humans as social beings are constantly facing interpersonal relations. Relations among people are burning light of mankind in the modern world, therefore it is very important to create the most gratifying and good interpersonal relations, especially in the educational process. The essential part of communication is based on non-verbal communication since some information is seldom provided by only one sight or gesture. It is of great importance to talk about relations and their development, as well as working on creating a warm setting. As a matter of fact, relations are a sort of art which can be continuously learned and improved. The creational procedure of interpersonal relations can be demanding since it requires one's inner harmony, empathy, and mutual understanding. Nevertheless, it is of extreme importance during the educational process to think and care deeply about social interactions. Interpersonal relations in schools are playing a vital role in formation and development of individual personality structure and have a great impact on co-creating and achieving goals. All in all, quality communication and positive relations make one's life easier, more productive and satisfying. The research work contribution and its findings outlined that daily communication and ongoing collaboration on professional topics with colleagues are of crucial importance to pedagogical workers. Most appreciated and valuable characteristics among the research participants were kindness, politeness, openness, trust, honesty, respect, willingness to cooperate and correctness. The results showed that age and seniority in the educational process are not statistically related neither to the average work satisfaction level, neither with assessment regarding to the quality of mutual relations and the atmosphere at the workplace, respectively. The obtained research results lead us to the conclusion that an appropriate internal communication in a primary school collective is positively related to the quality of interpersonal relations. |
