Abstract

Velikokrat potrebujemo za različne pogoje obratovanja več računalniških modelov istega izdelka. To dosežemo z parametričnim modeliranjem, ki nam omogoča, da dimenzije modela spreminjamo poljubno s parametri v izbranem računalniškem programu za prostorsko modeliranje. Prednost takega modeliranja je, da nam omogoča izdelavo le enega modela in nam tako prihrani čas, kot pa če bi za vsako spremembo posamezne dimenzije modelirali novi izdelek. Naloga prikazuje parametrično izdelavo polžnega gonila s pripadajočim elektromotorjem glede na realno gonilo. Vsi deli končnega izdelka so zmodelirani parametrično in se s pomočjo napisanih zakonov prilagajajo izbranim dimenzijam. Glede na model se je izdelala knjižnica gonil, ki omogoča enostavno izbiro željene konfiguracije.

Secondary title: Parametric modelling of worm gear with electric motor
Secondary abstract: For different operating conditions we often need several computer generated models of the same product. This is achieved by parametric modelling, which allows us to change dimensions of model with parameters in selected computer aided program with spatial modelling. The advantage of such modelling is that it allows us to only make one model and also saves us time, as if we would have to model new product again when we change each dimension. Thesis shows us parametric modeling of worm gear with the associated electric motor with respect to the real worm gearbox. All parts of the final product were modelled parametrically. Dimensions change accordingly with help of written laws. Gearbox library that was made enables us to easily select the desired configuration.
