Abstract

V projektni nalogi je predstavljeno načrtovanje in izvedba naprave za uporovno točkovno varjenje manjših moči. Naprava zajema varilni transformator in mehansko stojalo, ki omogoča nastavitev sile vzporednih varilnih elektrod na varjenec. Transformator je izdelan na osnovi jedra okvarjenega transformatorja, pri čemer sta navitji načrtovani na novo. Opravljena je tudi analiza upornosti, ki vplivajo na varilni tok in osnovni preizkusi transformatorja.

Secondary title: Making a simple one resistance spot welding
Secondary abstract: In the project designing and implementation of a low power resistance spot welding device is presented. The device includes a welding transformer and a mechanical stand that allows adjustment of the force of the parallel welding electrodes on the welding spot. The transformer is based on the basis of a defective transformer’s core, where the windings are re-designed. An analysis of the welding resistances and basic tests of the transformer are also presented.
