Abstract

Izzivi interneta stvari so najpogostejši razlog za neučinkovito delovanje rešitev. Za izvedbo teh so pomembni komunikacijski protokoli, ki delujejo na aplikacijskem nivoju. V magistrskem delu smo raziskali potencialne komunikacijske protokole (AMQP, CoAP, MQTT in XMPP). Uporabili smo metodo sistematičnega pregleda literature ter zbrali splošne podatke, kakor tudi podatke o izzivih (interoperabilnost, odkrivanje, povezovanje, poraba energije in varnost) interneta stvari. Na podlagi teh smo oblikovali ocenitveni model, v katerem smo komunikacijske protokole ocenili in podprli izbiro primernega glede na zahteve rešitve. Ugotovili smo, da se je za natančnejšo izbiro potrebno osredotočiti samo na tiste lastnosti komunikacijskih protokolov, ki jih rešitev zahteva.

Secondary abstract: The internet of things challenges are the most common reason for poor performance. For implementation are especially important communication protocols that operate on the application layer. In master thesis we researched the potential communication protocols (AMQP, CoAP, MQTT and XMPP). The method we used systematic literature review and gather general data as well as data on the challenges (interoperability, discovery, connectivity, power consumption and security) of the internet of things. Based on this, we formed the selection model and supported the selection of appropriate according to the requirements of a solution. We found that the more accurate choice to focus only on those properties of communications protocols that require solution.
