Abstract

Secondary title: Web application for secure instant messaging
Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis there are presented technologies which enable secure instant messaging with the use of web technology. There were also introduced mechanisms of security and encrypting data on web channels and the kinds of actually known attacks to data exchanged over the protocol HTTP. According to research of the actually existing solutions for secure instant messaging it was found out that solutions already exist but they are payable or do not guarantee an adequate high level of security. An own solution was developed which considers the principles of secure instant messaging and includes technology which enables secure but most of all private communication.
