Abstract

V današnjem poslovnem svetu je za podjetje zelo pomembno, če ne celo nujno, da se posvečajo globalnim trgom. Če podjetnik želi, da njegovo podjetje raste in se razvija, mora razmišljati o globalizaciji oziroma o širjenju poslovanja izven meja svoje države, za kar pa lahko uporabi enega od številnih možnih načinov vstopa na tuj trg. Ker se ti načini med seboj razlikujejo, mora poznati vse značilnosti, omejitve ter prednosti in slabosti posameznih načinov, saj se lahko le tako odloči, s katerim načinom vstopa na tuj trg lahko uspe in izvede svojo načrtovano rast. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta smo predstavili ter opisali možne načine vstopov na tuj trg. Podjetnik mora pred odločitvijo o vstopu na tuj trg tudi dobro preučiti in analizirati poslovno okolje tuje države, v katero želi širiti svoje poslovanje. Za to lahko uporabi številna orodja za analizo okolja, kot sta zelo poznani PEST oziroma PESTLE in SWOT-analiza, ki smo jih podrobneje opisali v teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta. Kadar podjetje upošteva vse omejitve in pa tudi prednosti, ki mu jih nudi tuj trg, lahko uspešno izbere način vstopa, ki je primeren za njegovo dejavnost in trg, na katerega vstopa. V diplomskem projektu smo v aplikativnem delu natančneje analizirali vstop na tuj trg s podružnico na primeru avstrijskega podjetja L&R. Ugotovili smo, da je podjetje izbralo najustreznejšo obliko vstopa na slovenski trg glede na njihovo dejavnost. Za podružnico podjetja L&R smo naredili analizo poslovnega okolja podjetja in s pomočjo nje ugotovili dejavnike, ki so pozitivno pa tudi negativno vplivali na poslovanje podružnice v Sloveniji.

Secondary title: Entry into Slovenian market with a branch
Secondary abstract: In today's business world is very important if not imperative, to devote themselves to the global market. Therefore, in order to grow and develop the company, the entrepreneur must think about globalization or the expansion of business beyond the boundaries of his own country, for which he can use one of many possible ways of entering the foreign market. Since these methods are different, is necessary to know all the features, limitations, the advantages and disadvantages. In the theoretical part we presented and described possible ways of entering the foreign market. Before deciding to enter the foreign market Entrepreneur must, examine and analyze the business environment of a foreign country. He may use a number of analyzes of the environment, the most used are PEST or PESTLE and SWOT analysis, which we described. When a company takes into account all constraints and advantages of a foreign market, it can successfully choose the method of entry, which is appropriate for its business and the foreign market. In the graduation project, in the applicative work, we then analyzed more precisely the entry into the foreign market with the branch on the example of the Austrian company L & R. We have found out that the company has chosen the most appropriate form of entering the Slovenian market according to their activity. For the L & R subsidiary, we analyzed the business environment of the company and identified the factors that had a positive and negative impact on the operations of the branch in Slovenia.
