Abstract

Uvod: Na področju zdravstvene nege se počasi uveljavlja klinična supervizija. Je proces nudenja strokovne pomoči medicinskim sestram, da se lahko profesionalno razvijajo, osebno rastejo, učijo ter dopolnjujejo strokovno znanje. Individualna supervizija je ena izmed oblik supervizij, ta v proces vključuje enega supervizorja ter enega supervizanta. Kot ostale oblike tudi proces individualne supervizije nudi številne prednosti, pojavijo pa se lahko tudi ovire in slabosti. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je s pomočjo pregleda literature predstaviti individualno obliko supervizije ter njeno uporabo v zdravstveni negi. Metode dela: V diplomskem delu je uporabljena deskriptivna metoda s sistematičnim pregledom slovenske in angleške literature. Zbiranje in pregled literature sta potekala preko spletnega portala Digitalne knjižnice Univerze v Ljubljani (DiKUL) ter preko mednarodnih spletnih baz CINAHL (Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature), MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) ter PsychArticles. Časovno obdobje literature je bilo omejeno od leta 2001 do leta 2017 z upoštevanjem ostalih vključitvenih kriterijev. V končno analizo je bilo vključenih 42 člankov. Rezultati: Rezultati so pokazali da je individualna oblika supervizije zelo uspešna metoda nudenja pomoči, ki učinkovito zmanjšuje stres in preprečuje izgorelost. Ta hkrati izboljšuje medsebojno komunikacijo, povečuje zadovoljstvo na delu, samokritičnost in samozavest. Večina avtorjev meni, da morata supervizor in supervizant razviti zaupen in varen odnos ter aktivno sodelovati, saj se v nasprotnem primeru pojavijo ovire v supervizijskem procesu. Razprava in sklep: Kar 50-60 % delovnih dni medicinske sestre preživijo pod stresom. Medicinske sestre v Sloveniji menijo, da bi supervizija ugodno delovala kot preventiva pri problematiki stresa. Z boljšo prepoznavnostjo supervizije med medicinskimi sestrami bi ta hitreje prehajala na področje zdravstvene nege. Poleg izboljšane komunikacije med zaposlenimi bi pripomogla k boljšemu odnosu in oskrbi bolnikov.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: Clinical supervision is slowly taking control in nursing. It is the process of providing professional help to nurses to be able to develop professionally, personally grow, learn and complementary expertise. Individual supervision is one of the forms of supervision that include one supervisor and one supervisee. Like other forms, individual supervision process also offers many benefits, but may occur obstacles and disadvantages. Purpose: The aim of diploma work is, through literature review present individual form of supervision and its use in nursing.Methods: It was used descriptive method with a systematic review of the Slovenian and English literature. Collection and literature review was conducted via the web portal of the Digital Library of the University of Ljubljana (DiKUL) and through international online databases CINAHL (Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature), MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) and PsychArticles. All used literature was published in the period from 2001 to 2017 year. The final analysis included 43 articles. Results: The results showed that the individual form of supervision is very successful method of providing support which effectively reduces stress and prevent burnout. This also improves communication, increase satisfaction at work, self-criticism and self-esteem. Most authors believes that the supervisor and the supervisee must develop confidental and safe relationship and activly participate, otherwise disadvantages occur in supervision. Discussion and conclusion: 50-60% of all lost working days, nurses survive under stress. Nurses in Slovenia believe that supervision effectively function as a preventive at the problem of stress. With more visibility among nurses, supervision would more quickly cross to the area of nursing. In addition to improved communication among employees, it will contribute to better relationship and patient care.
