Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: Kronične nenalezljive bolezni predstavljajo velik problem po svetu in v Sloveniji. Vplivajo na umrljivost prebivalstva, zato bo situacija ob neukrepanju postala neobvladljiva. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti pojavnost kroničnih obolenj ter upoštevanje smernic zdravega življenjskega sloga sodelujočih. Raziskovalne metode: Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodologijo raziskovanja. V raziskavi so sodelovali anketirani stari med 18 in 65 let. Rezultate raziskave smo statistično obdelali z Microsoft Office Wordom in SPSS-om 20.0. Rezultati: Ugotovili smo, da so največja odstopanja glede upoštevanja priporočil zdravega življenjskega sloga v uživanju zajtrka, rib, ocvrtih jedi, sladkarij in slaščic ter previsoki telesni teži. Med prekomerno prehranjenimi je 57,6 % in med tistimi, ki imajo debelost 1. stopnje 66,6 % anketirancev z eno ali več kroničnimi obolenji. Ugotovili smo, da je 40,5 % anketirancev izpostavljenih negativnemu stresu vsak dan ali pogosto. Kronične nenalezljive bolezni so prisotne pri 49,4 % anketiranih, 14,6 % sodelujočih ima dve ali več kroničnih obolenj. Diskusija in zaključek: Število obolelih s kroničnimi obolenji se znatno povečuje, vendar se ljudje tega še premalo zavedajo, tudi tisti, pri katerih je zdravje že ogroženo. Ljudje bi z opustitvijo nezdravega sloga življenja pripomogli k manjši izpostavljenosti dejavnikom tveganja za razvoj kroničnih obolenj ter boljšemu počutju.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: Chronical noncommunicable diseases are a major problem round the world and in Slovenia. They influence on mortality, if the situation will be inapproprately handled it could go out of control. The intention of the research is to determine the incidence of chronical diseases among participants that are aware of healthy lifestyle. Methods: We used a quantitative research methodology. Respondents that participated in the research were between age 18 and 65. The results of the research were analyzed with Microsoft Office Word and SPSS 20.0. Results: It turned out maximum deviation regarding of the guidlines of healthy lifestyle, in eating breakfast, fish, fried food, sweets and excessive body weight. In case of over excessive nutrition 57.6% of respondents showed one or more chronic diseases. In case of overweight respondents of 1.st degree the percentage was 66.6%, 40.5 % are daily or often exposed to negative stress. Chronic noncommunable diseases occured in 49.4% of all. 14.6% of participants had more chronical diseases. Discussion: People with chronical diseases and those already endangered are not aware of all the risks. By abandoning unhealthy lifestyle we could reduce risk factors, which lead to the development of chronic diseases, and contribute to their wellbeing.
