Abstract
Na energetsko učinkovitost posamezne stavbe vpliva mnogo dejavnikov. Med drugim na toplotni odziv stavbnega ovoja in porabo energije v stavbi vpliva sestava konstrukcijskih sklopov in njihove lastnosti. Za določitev toplotne prehodnosti konstrukcijskih sklopov se skoraj vedno uporabljajo računske metode, ki do določene mere poenostavljajo realno situacijo ter posledično predstavljajo -idealizirano - stanje. V želji po kar se da pravilni oceni energetskega odziva obstoječih stavb lahko toplotno prehodnost stavbnega ovoja določimo tudi z merilno napravo in pripadajočo in-situ meritvijo. V magistrskem delu sta predstavljeni obe metodi. Primerjava med toplotno prehodnostjo stavbnega ovoja pridobljena s pomočjo in-situ meritev ter toplotno prehodnostjo določene s pomočjo inženirske ocene in računske metode, je bila osnova za identifikacijo potencialnega vpliva na določitev energetske učinkovitosti obravnavanih stavb Univerze v Ljubljani. Rezultati so pokazali, da so razlike precej velike, kar posledično vpliva tudi na samo energetsko učinkovitost posamezne stavbe.

Secondary abstract: |
On the energy efficieny of each building influences many factors. Among other things, on thermal response of the building envelope and energy consumption in the building influence the composition of the structural elements and their properties. To determine the thermal transmittance of the constructional element calculation method are used, although to some extent they simplify the real situation and represent "idelaized" condition. Desaring at the most accurate assessment of the energy resposnse of existing buildings thermal transmittanceof the building envelope can be determined with the measuring device and and respective in-situ measurement. In this thesis are presented bith methods. Comparison between the thermal transmittance of building envelope obtained by using the in-situ measurement and the thermal transmittance determined by using the engineering assessment and calculation methods, has been the basis for the indentification of potential impact of the energy efficiency of present building University of ljubljana. The results showeed that the differences are rather large, which also affects on the energy performance of each building. |
