Abstract

V nalogi je predstavljen postopek konstruiranja naprave za testiranje zaznavanja posod na indukcijskih ploščah. Indukcijska plošča se lahko pokvari zaradi napačnih posod oziroma njihove nepravilne uporabe, zato je potrebno sisteme za zaznavanje testirati ter jih izboljšati. Naprava omogoča testiranje ter zagotavlja ponovljivost rezultatov. Zaradi prilagodljivih nog jo je možno namestiti na praktično vsako indukcijsko ploščo, naenkrat pa je možno testirati eno kuhališče. Naprava dviguje in spušča feromagnetni disk na kuhališče indukcijske plošče in s tem simulira slabo posodo oziroma nepravilno uporabo posode. Ker je naprava še v fazi izdelave, še ni bila testirana, njeni kritični elementi pa so bili skonstruirani s pomočjo računalniških simulacij.

Secondary title: Design of a testing device for pot detection of induction cookers
Secondary abstract: In this diploma work the process of engineering the testing device for pot detection of induction cookers is described. Components of induction cookers can break due to bad cookware or its improper use, therefore they need to be tested and improved. The device described makes testing with consistent results possible. It can be mounted on any cooktop since it has adjustable legs. One or two cooking zones can be tested at a time. Device is moving a ferromagnetic disc on and off the induction cooker cooktop, thus simulating bad cookware or improper use of cookware. Since the device is still in its construction phase it has jet not been tested. Critical components of the device have been engineered with the help of computer simulation methods.
