Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena avtomatizacija preusmeritvenega in dvižnega modula valjčnega transporterja. Avtomatizacija naprav je dandanes v industriji nepogrešljiva zaradi nenehnega spreminjanja procesov. V diplomskem delu je avtomatizacija izvedena s pomočjo PLK Siemens S7‒1200. Predstavljeno je načrtovanje vezja za krmiljenje motorjev, namestitev komponent za avtomatizacijo na modul, postavitev krmilja in vhodno izhodnih enot v elektro omarico ter pisanje programa industrijskega krmilnika. Cilj naloge je bil izdelati modul, ki bo deloval zanesljivo, varno, bo hitro prilagodljiv različnim tipom valjčnih transporterjev in bo primeren industrijskemu okolju.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma work automation of modular transferring and lifting roller conveyor module is presented. Automation of devices is nowadays indispensable in industry because of demand of constantly changing processes. In diploma work automation is made with PLC Siemens S7‒1200. Motor driver circuit has been designed and necessary components for automation on a module has been installed. Wiring of components and writing a program for PLC is also presented. The goal was to make a module which will work accurately, safety, will be compatible for different types of roller conveyors and suitable for industry.
