Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen preusmeritveni in dvižni modul valjčnega transporterja za usmerjanje zabojčkov na želeno pozicijo. Izdelave modula sem se lotil postopno. Pri zasnovi preusmeritvenega modula sem si pomagal z video posnetki obstoječih transportnih modulov na spletu. Nato je sledilo konstruiranje že obstoječega preusmeritvenega mehanizma, dvižnega mehanizma, valjčne proge in preračun elektromotorja, s katerim dvigamo preusmeritveni mehanizem. Pri izdelavi modula ni bilo težav, le nekaj manjših, ki sem jih s programom SolidWorks uspešno odpravil. Končni izdelek bo služil za transport zabojčkov v Laboratoriju za logistiko na Fakulteti za strojništvo v Mariboru.

Secondary title: Construction of transferring and lifting roller conveyor module
Secondary abstract: My diploma thesis represents the transferring and lifting module of the roller conveyor to guide the boxes to the desired position. I started to design the module gradually. To help with the design of a product, I helped myself with videos of existing transport modules on the web. Then was followed the construction of an already existing rewinding mechanism, lifting mechanism, roller track and conversion of an electric motor, with which we raise the redirect mechanism. There were no problems with creating the module, only a few smaller ones that I successfully fixed with SolidWorks programme. The final product will be used for transporting containers at the Laboratory of Logistics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Maribor.
