Abstract
Diplomsko delo razvojnega tipa je usmerjeno v premišljeno izbiro komponent in opreme, konstruiranje posameznih podsistemov ter fizično realizacijo projekta avtomatizirane kontrole kuhališč na proizvodni liniji, podane s strani naročnika: Gorenje d. d., Program kuhalnih aparatov. Opisana so teoretična izhodišča, potrebna za razumevanje izvajanja kontrole varnosti in funkcionalnosti indukcijskih kuhališč. Namen diplomskega dela pa je ustvariti celovito napravo za izvajanje varnostnih in funkcionalnih preizkusov po vseh standardih in zakonodajah, ki bo delovala varno in učinkovito ter s tem pripomogla k varnejšemu končnemu izdelku ter lažjemu izvajanju testov na proizvodni liniji.

The developement type of the diploma thesis is oriented in a well thought out selection of components and equipment , the construction of the individual subsystems and the physical realisation of the project of the automated control of cooking plates on the production line, given by the client: Gorenje d. d., The Programme of Cooking Appliances. There are some theoretical basics described, that are necessary for understanding the implementation of safety inspection and functionality of induction cooking plates. The purpose of the thesis is to create a comprehensive device for the implementation of safety and functional tests, following all the standards and legislations, that will work safely and efficiently, and thereby contribute to a safer end product and an easier implementation of the tests on the production line. |
