Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali primernost učenja standardnega procesa planiranja SAP GBI za izvajanje procesa planiranja v referenčnem podjetju. S študijo SAP GBI, ki je namenjen osnovnemu učenju programa, smo pridobili vpogled v proces planiranja v tem programu in kako deluje. Nato smo na praktičnem primeru referenčnega podjetja raziskali njihov proces planiranja proizvodnje. Naredili smo posnetek procesa, in sicer v programu Aris Express z eEPC-diagramom. Bistvene razlike med obema procesoma smo analizirali in jih utemeljili. Ugotovili smo, da sta si procesa zelo različna. Proces planiranja SAP GBI je enostavnejši in nas nauči uporabe sistema SAP, medtem ko je proces planiranja referenčnega podjetja časovno in tehnično zahtevnejši. Kljub temu pridobljeno znanje pripomore k lažjemu učenju in je primerno za nadaljnje nadgrajevanje znanja, ni pa dovolj za takojšni začetek samostojnega dela v referenčnem podjetju.

Secondary title: Suitability of SAP GBI for learning operational production planning of car tires
Secondary abstract: In the thesis we researched suitability of learning the standard SAP GBI planning process for the implementation of the planning process in the reference company. With the study of SAP GBI, which is intended for the basic learning of the program, we gained insight into the planning process and how it works. Then, on the practical example of the reference company, we studied their production planning process. We made a snapshot of their planning process in the Aris Express program with an eEPC diagram. We analysed and substantiated the essential differences between the two processes. We have found that the processes are very different. The SAP GBI planning process is simpler and it teaches us how to use SAP system, while planning process of the reference company is timely* and technically more demanding. Nevertheless, the acquired knowledge contributes to ease of learning and is suitable for further upgrading of knowledge, but it is not enough for the immediate start of independent work at the reference company.
