Abstract

Predmet diplomskega dela je posodobitev krmilja lesnoobdelovalnega stroja – namesto relejne tehnike načrtovati krmilje s programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom S7-1500. Pri načrtovanju je potrebno ugoditi zahtevam kupca, ravnati skladno s standardi SIST EN ISO 60204-1, SIST EN 12100:2011, SIST EN 13849-1 in urediti elektro dokumentacijo po merilih Direktive o strojih 2006/42/ES. Hkrati je tudi potrebno oceniti, da je krmilje v primernem cenovnem območju. Izbrane so varnostne komponente Telemecanique XCS-E8312 in XPS VNE, Siemens Profisafe ter varnostni moduli frekvenčnih pretvornikov Lenze. Rezultat dela je realizirano krmilje in izdelana ocena tveganja.

Secondary abstract: The subject of diploma work is the modernization of the control system for the woodworking machine – instead of relay technology is planned control system with programmable logic controller S7-1500. At designing it's necessary to comply with the requirements of the customer, to comply with the standards SIST EN ISO 60204-1, SIST EN 12100:2011, SIST EN 13849-1 and to to regulate the electrical documentation according to the criteria of The machinery directive 2006/42/EC and to control it in appropriate price range. There was selected security components such as Telemecanique XCS-E8312 and XPS VNE, Siemens Profisafe and safety modules from Lenze frequency inverters. The result is realized control system and made risk assessment.
