Abstract

Danes si organizacije ne morejo več privoščiti neučinkovitih zaposlenih in ljudi, ki prihajajo na delovno mesto gledat na uro. Organizacije so iz lokalnega okolja prešle na globalno shemo, kar je pomenilo visok porast konkurence. Menjava in iskanje novih dobaviteljev sta prav tako postala nekaj vsakdanjega. Posledično so organizacije začele spreminjati način dela, prešla na vitko proizvodnjo, začela so se informacijsko modernizirati in podobno. Zaposleni bi poleg odjemalcev morali biti glavni predmet pogovorov v organizacijah. Ob nižanju stopnje brezposelnosti bi si organizacije morale prizadevati za dobro organizacijsko okolje svojih zaposlenih. Tudi modernizacija zaposlovanja in oglaševanje preko socialnih omrežij lahko pri zaposlenih povzroči negotovost. Zaradi vseh faktorjev morajo organizacije na svoje zaposlene gledati iz širšega zornega kota. Včasih je za ugotavljanje nezadovoljstva potreben le pogovor. Organizacija mora stremeti k temu, da zaposlenim omogoči najboljše možne delovne pogoje in klimo, v kateri se delo opravlja. V diplomskem projektu smo preučevali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na Gimnaziji Franca Miklošiča Ljutomer. Projekt je sestavljen iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočili na management človeških virov , teorije zadovoljstva in motivacije ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Okvirno smo za razumevanje zadovoljstva nekaj povedali o MČV in podali tudi nekaj definicij. V nadaljevanju smo opisali zadovoljstvo pri delu ter preko teorij zadovoljstva in motivacije poskušali predstaviti načine, kako zadovoljstvo zaposlenih izboljšati. Teoretični del smo zaključili z opisom dejavnikov zadovoljstva. Skupno smo poskušali postaviti teoretični okvir za razumevanje empiričnega dela. Empirični del smo začeli z opisom obravnavane organizacije. Predstavili smo njeno zgodovino, vizijo in poslanstvo ter področje dela. V zadnjem delu diplomskega projekta smo analizirali rezultate ankete, ki smo jo izvedli v organizaciji. Vprašanja so bila poleg demografskih v večini vezana na dejavnike zadovoljstva. Rezultate smo prikazali preko grafikonov in jih komentirali. V zaključku smo rezultate primerjali z danimi hipotezami, ki smo jih posledično zavrnili ali potrdili. Delo smo zaključili s predlogi za izboljšanje zadovoljstva in sklepom.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays organizations can no longer afford employees who are inefficient. Those who are just watching the clock are also not needed. Organizations have moved from locally based firms to global businesses. The change in the environment meant a high increase in competition. Changing and searching for new suppliers has also become a daily or weekly topic. Consequently, organizations have begun to change the ways they operate, switched to lean production, begun to update the infrastructure and so on. In addition to customers, employees should be the main object of conversations in organisations. The reduction of the unemployment rate has made organizations strive for a good organisational environment for their employees. The modernisation of employment and advertising on social networks can cause uncertainty for employees. Taking all factors into consideration, organisations have to look at their employees from a wider perspective. It is sometimes only a conversation that is needed to find dissatisfaction. Organisations must strive to provide their employees with the best possible working conditions and the climate in which the work is carried out. This dissertation is based on the satisfaction of the employees at Gimnazija Franca Miklošiča Ljutomer. It is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we focus on human resource management, satisfaction and motivation theories and the factors that influence the satisfaction of employees. For easier understanding of satisfaction we provide some definitions and information about human resources management. In the following part, we descibe the satisfaction of employees. Based on theories, we try to present the ways of improving employee satisfaction. The theoretical part is completed with a description of satisfaction factors. Throug the theoretical part we try to set up a framework that will help us understand the empirical part. The empirical part is based on a particular organisation and an employee satisfaction survey. Firstly, we descibe the organisation's history, its area of work, as well as its vision and mission. The last empirical part is based on the survey of satisfaction. The questionaire contained three demographical data and 20 closed-type questions that dealt with satisfaction. The results are presented with graphs and tables. In the final part we compare them with the hypotheses, which we confirm or reject. We conclude the material with some suggestions and the conclusion.
