Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je preučiti projekt razvoja novega izdelka s pomočjo različnih metod. Na začetku je na splošno opisan potek projekta, v nadaljevanju pa so teoretično obravnavane različne metode za iskanje idej in nadaljnji razvoj izdelkov (QFD, TRIZ in FMEA analiza). Poudarek je na preučevanju tiste faze projekta, kjer projektna ekipa išče tehnične rešitve, torej ustvarja, inovira in odpravlja kontradikcije, ki se pojavijo. Predstavljen je tudi celoten potek razvoja izdelka od iskanja ideje in načrtovanja ter vse do končne rešitve s poudarkom na analizi metode TRIZ.

Secondary abstract: The aim of diploma work is to examine the new product development project using different methods. At the beginning, the project is described in general. Then, theoretical discussion of various methods for searching ideas and further product development (QFD, TRIZ and FMEA analysis) follows. The focus is on studying the phase of the project in which the project team seeks technical solutions, creates, innovates and eliminates the contradictions that occur. The entire course of product development from the idea searching and planning to the final solution with an emphasis on the TRIZ method analysis is also presented.
