Trajnostni razvoj vinskega turizma na območju Ljutomersko-Ormoških goric

Abstract

Prlekija je kulturno, jezikovno in zgodovinsko zaokroženo homogeno območje, razdeljeno med statistični regiji Pomurje in Podravje. Znotraj mej Prlekije se nahaja Ljutomersko-Ormoški vinorodni okoliš, ki smo ga obravnavali v sklopu magistrske naloge. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo opisali pojem turistične destinacije, opredelili načela trajnostnega turizma, opisali vinski turizem, navedli primer delovanja destinacije Steirisches Vulkanland ter predstavili obravnavano območje Ljutomersko-Ormoških goric. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo raziskovali stališča vinogradnikov in vinarjev do vodoravnega povezovanja in sodelovanja na področju znanja, promocije in dogodkov na območju Ljutomersko-Ormoških goric ter stališča vinogradnikov in vinarjev do vinskega turizma na območju Ljutomersko-Ormoških goric. Ugotovili smo, da imajo vinogradniki in vinarji na obravnavanem območju pozitivno mnenje o medsebojnem povezovanju in vinskem turizmu. Na podlagi pregledane literature in opravljene raziskave smo določili 3 prioritete, ki lahko služijo kot predlog za učinkovit trajnostni razvoj vinskega turizma na območju Ljutomersko-Ormoških goric.

Secondary abstract:	Prlekija is a culturally, linguistically and historically rounded homogeneous area, divided between the statistical regions of Pomurje and Podravje. The wine region Ljutomer-Ormož is located within the boundaries of Prlekija. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we described the concept of a tourist destination, defined the principles of sustainable tourism, described wine tourism, described the operation of the destination Steirisches Vulkanland and presented the discussed area of Ljutomersko-Ormoške gorice. In the empirical part of the master's thesis, we examined the attitude of wine-growers and winemakers towards horizontal integration and cooperation in the field of knowledge, promotion and events in the Ljutomer-Ormož wine region. We also examined the attitude of wine-growers and winemakers towards wine tourism in the Ljutomer-Ormož wine region. We have established that vine-growers and winemakers in the region have a positive opinion about interconnection and wine tourism. On the basis of the reviewed literature and the research carried out, we have identified 3 priorities, which can serve as a suggestion for the efficient sustainable development of wine tourism in the area of Ljutomersko-Ormoške gorice.
