Abstract

V diplomski nalogi se ukvarjam z vključitvijo kupca v razvoj novega izdelka na različnih stopnjah razvoja. Predstavljam pomembnost glasu kupca pri razvoju funkcij izdelka oziroma gradnji hiše kakovosti (QFD). Opisujem potrebe kupcev in načine, kako pridobimo informacije o tem, kaj kupci dejansko želijo oziroma pričakujejo od izdelka. Kupce razdelim v različne vrste in opisujem načine, kdaj jih je smiselno vključiti v sam razvoj. Poudarjam tudi esencialnost instrumentalnega orodja FMEA in analize SWOT. Za slednjo predstavljam tudi realni primer. Ugotavljam, da je za uspešen razvoj izdelka pomembnih veliko dejavnikov. Ključno je tudi prizadevanje zaposlenih v podjetju, da kupcu ponudijo izdelek, o katerem se bo širil dober glas, in ga bo trg dobro sprejel.

Secondary title: Inclusion of the customer in product-development process
Secondary abstract: In my paper, I deal with inclusion of the customer in new product development at different stages of development. I present the importance of customer´s voice in building the house of quality (QFD method). Furthermore, I focus on customer´s needs and ways to get information of what they want or expect from the product. However, I have divided customers into different groups with different needs, and determined the right moment to include them in the process of development. I emphasize the importance of instrumental tools FMEA and SWOT. I present an example for the latter. To conclude, I must stress out that many factors are essential for successful development. The whole process includes a lot of time and techniques to create and sell a good product.
