Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je proučiti obstoječe delovno mesto v podjetju Arcont d. d., in na podlagi rezultatov predlagati možne izboljšave. Na obravnavanem delovnem mestu se izvaja razrez pločevine na velikih škarjah AMADA GX1230. Analizirali smo rezultate meritev okoljskih pogojev in izračunali stopnje obremenitev (hrup, toplota). Uporabljeni sta bili opazovalni metodi za ugotavljanje problematičnih telesnih položajev delavca, OWAS in RULA. Za primerjavo rezultatov smo naredili še analizo v programskem paketu Jack. V zaključku so podani predlogi ukrepov in izboljšav.

Secondary abstract:	The aim of the thesis is to examine the existing workplace in Arcont d.d. and propose possible improvements on the basis of the results. The emplyoee at the workplace in question uses a sheet metal shearing machine AMADA GX1230. We analysed the results of the environmental conditions in the workplace and calculated degrees of discomfort (noise, heat). The observational methods used to determine incorrect body postures of the worker are OWAS and RULA. We also performed an analysis using the Jack software to compare the results. The concluson of the thesis suggests corrective measures and improvements in workplace.
