Abstract

Problem smo reševali z manjšim številom zvarov, boljšo pričvrstitvijo elementov med seboj v procesu varjenja in uporabo čim manj upogibov.

Secondary title: Improving the design of cabinets for weapons
Secondary abstract: During practical training at Primat d.d. I was offered the opportunity to participate in the new weapon cabinet project. The construction of the old generation cabinets was too robust and costly for a new customer. We decided to introduce some structural and technological changes. Through the process of building and manufacturing cabinets we have encountered many questions and problems. The welding and bending of metal sheet caused most problems, since the thickness of metal sheet is only 3 mm. We attempted to solve the problem through areduced number of welds, improved fixing of elements in the welding process and reduction of bendings.
