Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje proces ugotavljanja natančnosti trirazsežnega optičnega skenerja, ki se uporablja v dentalni medici v namene izdelave fiksnih protetičnih konstrukcij. Cilj diplomske naloge je ugotoviti, s kolikšno natančnostjo bi bilo mogoče skener uporabljati za meritve v strojništvu. Predstavljen je opis merilnega instrumenta, tj. optičnega skenerja, postopke meritev ter predlagane izboljšave. V namene povečane natančnosti meritev sem v programskem okolju SolidWorks skonstruirala vpenjalno ploščo, ki je bila izdelana s selektivnim laserskim sintranjem., katere postopek izdelave je opisan. Analiza rezultatov je predstavljena z grafi povprečnih odstopanj meritev od nominalnih dimenzij merilnih kladic, standardnih odklonov in obsega meritev, kjer so predstavljeni minimalni in maksimalni rezultati meritev posameznih in povprečnih vrednosti merilnih kladic.

Secondary title: Testing the accuracy of three-dimensional optical dental scanner
Secondary abstract: This work describes the procedure for establishing the accuracy of the three-dimensional optical scanner used in dental medicine for the purpose of the production of fixed prosthetic structures. The goal is to determine, what precision can be expected if the same scanner would be used for measurements in mechanical engineering. Work includes description of measuring instrument, measurement procedures and proposed improvements. For the purpose of increasing the accuracy of the measurement I have constructed a clamping device in SolidWorks software. The CAD model was used to produce the device by selective laser sintering that is also described in this work. The analysis of the results is presented with graphs of average deviations of measurements from the nominal dimensions of the measuring gauges, standard deviations and measurements, where the minimum in the maximum results of the measurements of the individual and average values of the measuring gauges are presented.
