diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija Organizacija in management poslovnih in delovnih sistemov
Abstract
Glavna tema diplomskega dela je prenova poslovnih procesov in njihova analiza. Predmet prenove je proces nagrajevanja v podjetju Unistar LC, d. o. o., ki smo ga prenovili z uporabo programskega orodja SuccessFactors.
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in aplikativnega dela. V začetnem delu je predstavljena potrebna teorija za uspešno in celovito prenovo poslovnih procesov. Podrobneje je predstavljeno orodje Aris, ki ga uporabljamo za modeliranje poslovnih procesov in informacijski sistem za podporo obvladovanja človeških virov SuccessFactors.
Rezultat diplomske naloge je z orodjem Aris izdelan podroben model posnetega procesa nagrajevanja, ki ga imenujemo proces »AS-IS« in podoben model izboljšanega procesa nagrajevanja, ki ga imenujemo proces »TO-BE«. Procesa sta analizirana po metodi PERT. Rezultati analize za procesa so predstavljeni, prav tako pa je predstavljena tudi validacija rešitve.
Določeni podatki v diplomskem delu so spremenjeni zaradi varovanja poslovne skrivnosti.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the renewal of business processes and their analysis. The object of the renewal is the rewarding process in the company Unistar LS, Ltd., which we renewed with the use of the software SuccessFactors.
The thesis consists of the theoretical and applicative part. In the theoretical part, we presented the foundations for a successful renewal of business processes. We thoroughly presented Aris tools for business processes modelling and the information system for human resources management SuccessFactors.
The result of the thesis are two models, made with the help of Aris tools: a thorough model of the recorded rewarding process, named “AS-IS”, and a thorough model of the improved rewarding process, named “TO-BE”. The processes were analysed according to the PERT method. Presented are the results of the analysis for the processes as well as the validation of the solution.
