Abstract

Marketinške poti so izjemnega pomena pri doseganju konkurenčnih prednosti podjetja. Za obravnavo praktičnega primera sem vzel podjetje Proteini.si, ki je temu vzor. Da je postalo vodilno na področju športno prehrambenih dodatkov v Sloveniji, je moralo skozi leta prilagajati svoje strategije in se povezovati z novimi proizvajalci. Pametne odločitve in odkrivanje novih priložnosti na svetovnem trgu pred konkurenco, so jim omogočile, da so v zadnjem desetletju krepko prerastli ostala podjetja v tej panogi na slovenskem trgu. Temu je poleg dobro organiziranih marketinških poti pripomogla tudi uspešna strategija marketinškega komuniciranja. Trg športno prehrambenih dodatkov v Sloveniji je v zadnjih treh letih postal nasičen, predvsem zaradi vstopa globalnega giganta My Protein.com, ki mu je zaradi ekonomije obsega in zgolj spletne prodaje uspelo doseči nižje cene od ostalih konkurentov. Tako se bo preučevano podjetje v bližnji prihodnosti moralo soočiti z globalnim igralcem in redno posodabljati svoje strategije, da bo lahko ostalo še naprej na vrhu.

Secondary abstract: Marketing channels plays very important part in achieving competitive advantages of a company. For a practiacal case i choose to study a company Proteini.si which is the good sample of it. To become the leader in the field of sports nutritional supplements in Slovenia, it had to adapt it's strategies throughout the years and connect with new producers. Smart decisions and the discovery of new opportunities in the global market ahead of competition enabled it to overgrow other companies in the sector on the Slovenian market over the last decade. In addition to well-organized marketing channels, a successful marketing communication strategy has also contributed to this. The market of sports nutritional supplements in Slovenia has become saturated over the last three years, mainly due to the entry of the global giant My Protein.com. The company managed to achieve lower prices than other competitors due to economies of scale and mere online sales. Thus, the company studied will in the near future have to face the global player and regularly update its strategies so that it can stay on top of it 's game.
