Abstract
Predmet naloge je prenova obstoječe stavbe oz. stavbnega sklopa na stičišču Dominkuševe in Kersnikove ulice v Mariboru, ki v obstoječem stanju obsega manjšo trgovino, mesarijo in bar ter površino, namenjeno tržnici. Zraven omenjene stavbe stojita tudi dva kioska, namenjena prodaji. Lokacija se nahaja v neposrednji bližini glavne železniške postaje v mestu Maribor. Obstoječe stanje tržnice in pripadajočih površin ne omogoča dobre izrabe prostora in njegove okolice.
V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen pojem tržnice ter navedenih nekaj najbolj znanih slovenskih in tujih primerov. S pomočjo analiz arhitekture teh kompleksov smo začrtali smernice za izboljšanje objekta na omenjeni lokaciji. V okviru tega smo dobro analizirali tudi okolico, da bo nov objekt bolje funkcioniral in se integriral v okolje.

Secondary abstract: |
The subject of the thesis is the renovation of the market square building on the Dominkuševa street and Kersnikova street in Maribor. The current market square building includes a small grocery shop, butcher's shop, a bar and the area for the marketplace stands. Next to the marketplace there are two newsstands located. The market square building is located near Maribor's central train station. The existing conditions of the marketplace building with associated facilities do not allow an efficient use of the area.
In the theoretical part of the thesis the concept of the marketplace is introduced, including case studies from Slovenia and abroad. With the help of the architectural object analysis we have defined guidelines for improving the building on the given location. As a part of that concept we have also analyzed the neighborhood so that the building is able to archive the best possible integration with the surrounding and offer an efficient way of functioning. |
