Abstract

Secondary title: Capillary flow meter
Secondary abstract: Thesis describes design of capillary flow meter of fluids. Meter design is based on miniature glass capillary, which is sputtered with conductive material, which we controllaby heat and observe it's resistance, which is changing due to fluid flow through capillary. Goal is to create robust prototype of meter, which is effective, compact, affordable and has maximum resolution. Besides production of meter design thesis is describing considerable experimental work.
