Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen problem in rešitev sinhronizacije obratov ter hitrosti dveh enosmernih motorjev, ki sta uporabljena kot pogon za vrteno, katero se z različno smerjo rotacije motorja dviga ali spušča. Motor z vretenom se uporablja v dvižnih mizah, katerim je moč nastavljati višino. Problem je, da v kolikor želimo ohraniti mizo pri dvigu ali spustu v vodoravnem stanju, morata oba motorja pri premiku narediti enako obratov z enako hitrostjo. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil raziskati več možnih načinov rešitve sinhronizacije, dobiti ideje, načrtovati sisteme in izdelati potrebna vezja, ki rešijo problem s sinhronizacijo.

Secondary abstract: Problem and the solution of the synchronization of the turns and speeds of two DC motors, which are used as a drive for the spindle, which rises or descends with the different direction of rotation of the DC motor is described in diploma work. The spindle motor is used in lifting tables, the heights of which can be adjusted. The problem is that if we want to keep the table in the horizontal level at lowering or rising the table, both engines must do the same rotational speeds at the same speed. The solution to the problem was to get the idea, plan the system and create the necessary circuits that solve the problem of synchronization.
