Implementacija tečajev tipa MF 45/60 in BIO MW 45 v proizvodni proces

Abstract

Magistrsko delo z naslovom Implementacija tečajev tipa MF 45/60 in BIO MW 45 v proizvodni proces je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem delu je predstavljen zagonski elaborat projekta z naslovom Implementacije tečajev tipa MF 45/60 in BIO MW 45 v proizvodni proces in vsebuje namen projekta, rezultate projekta, analizo namenskih in objektnih ciljev projekta ter plane projekta. V drugem delu magistrskega dela so izvedene posamezne aktivnosti projekta, ki so bile definirane in načrtovane v zagonskem elaboratu. Izvedli smo podrobno preučitev tečajev, njihovo sestavo, delovanje in uporabljene materiale. Po preučitvi tečajev je sledilo normiranje časov posameznih delovnih operacij montaže in ergonomska ureditev delovnih mest. Nato smo uravnotežili montažno linijo in razmestili delovna mesta na predvidenem proizvodnem prostoru. Določili smo tudi dimenzije zabojev sestavnih delov na montažni liniji in ob njej.

Secondary abstract:	Master’s thesis titled Implementation of hinges types MF 45/60 and BIO MW 45 in the manufacturing process consists of two parts. In first part the startup report form project titled Implementation of hinges types MF 45/60 and BIO MW 45 in manufacturing process is presented. It contains purpose of the project, results of the project, analysis of the project’s dedicated and objective goals and project plans. In second part of master’s thesis the activities that were defined and planed in the startup report are carried out. We preformed detailed study of hinges – their assembly, function and materials they are consisted of. Then the standardization of times for individual work operations and ergonomic arrangement of workplaces was carried out, followed by balancing of the assembly line and placing of the work stations in production space. We also determined dimensions of crates with components parts on and next to the assembly line.
