Abstract

Dandanes si poslovnega življenja brez inovacijskih tehnologij, ki omogočajo podjetjem boljše poslovanje, ne predstavljamo več. Podjetja iz teh razlogov, iščejo načine, za doseganje večjih uspehov od konkurence. Obstaja veliko različnih inovacij, s katerimi podjetja izboljšujejo prodajo svojih produktov in pridobivanje novih potencialnih strank. Ena izmed teh rešitev, na katero se bomo tudi osredotočili v diplomski nalogi, so oblačne rešitve oz. oblak. Oblak je zelo napredna tehnologija, ki se iz leta v leto izboljšuje in tudi bolj uporablja. Čeprav obstajajo možne nevarnosti, s katerimi se soočajo oblačne rešitve, postajajo čedalje bolj uporabne in predstavljajo lažji dostop do iskanih informacij. Zavedamo se tudi, da si življenja brez interneta ne predstavljamo več, saj ga uporabljamo dnevno po več ur. To je tudi eden izmed mnogih razlogov, zakaj podjetja prehajajo na oblačne rešitve. Znotraj oblačnih rešitev, pa so se začela ustvarjati različne tehnologije in ena izmed njih je CRM. Kratica CRM, pomeni upravljanje odnosov s strankami (ang. Customer Relationship Management) in je eden izmed ključnih faktorjev vseh podjetij. CRM se ni razvil le z namenom olajšanja dela, temveč tudi z izboljšanjem delovanja in sledenja informacij v podjetju. Temeljni namen diplomske naloge je predstavitev vrste internetnega računalništva in CRM oblačih rešitev. Zaradi lažjega in hitrejšega dostopa do informacij lahko sklepamo, da njegova uporaba olajša delo zaposlenim, kar pa bomo prav tako skušali dokazati. V diplomski nalogi, je delo predstavljeno na teoretični in praktični del. Kot nam že sama beseda »teoretični del« pove, se bomo v tem delu osredotočili predvsem na definicije in njihovo delitev za lažjo predstavo. V zadnjem delu bo praktično prikazano in predstavljeno, primerjava uporabnosti CRM platforme dveh različnih ponudnikov Dynamics 365 in Salesforce.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays, we cannot imagine our life without Innovation Technology, which enables better business for the Company. That is why the Companies are finding different ways on how to be better than their Rivalries. There are many different Innovations, where Companies can improve the sales of their products and acquiring new potential Customers. One of these solutions, which we will focus on in the diploma thesis, are Cloud Solutions or just Cloud. Cloud is a very advanced Technology, which improves and is used more from Year to Year. Although there are potential dangers faced by Cloud Solutions, they are becoming more and more useful and provide easier access to the necessary information. We are also aware, that the life, without the Internet is unimaginable, because we use it on a daily basis for several hours. This is one of the many reasons, why Companies are turning to Cloud Solutions. Within Cloud Solutions, different Technologies has been created and one of them is CRM. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and is one of the key factors of all Companies. CRM did not evolve only to facilitate work, but also to improve the interaction and tracking of information in the Company. The main purpose of the diploma thesis, is to present a series of Internet Computing and CRM Cloud Solutions. Because of easier and faster access to the information, we can conclude, that its use makes it easier for employees to work, which we will try to prove. In diploma thesis, the work is presented into theoretical and practical part. The word »theoretical« itself, can tell us that we are going to focus on definitions and their division, so we could imagine it easier. In the last part, it will be practically displayed and presented comparison the usability of the CRM platform of two different providers, Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
