Uporaba slikarskih tehnik v modni ilustraciji

Abstract

V diplomskem delu se osredotočamo na modno ilustracijo, ki jo lahko obravnavamo z različnih zornih kotov. Teoretični del raziskave je sestavljen iz treh delov. V prvem delu so predstavljeni glavni mejniki modne ilustracije skozi zgodovino. Drugi del obsega predstavitev slikarskih tehnik in materialov. V tretjem delu pa je opisano kako karakteristike materialov vplivajo na videz tekstila oz. delov oblačilne celote. V eksperimentalnem delu diplomske naloge smo na podlagi fotografij treh izbranih oblačilnih podob izdelali analize videza materialov za vsako oblačilno podobo posebej. Sledijo študije materialov, izdelane z različnimi slikarskimi tehnikami. Primeri z najustreznejšim videzom so glede na izbrane fotografije nadalje uporabljene pri izdelavi modnih ilustracij. S kakšnim namenom je izbrana določena slikarska tehnika za določen material, je opisano v rezultatih in diskusiji. Videz modne ilustracije se je skozi časovna obdobja spreminjal. Ne glede na pojavne oblike je bil vseskozi izredno pomemben del predstavitve modnih izdelkov in je bil zato pomemben skozi vsa obdobja, kar velja še danes.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma paper, we put emphasis on the fashion illustration, which can be discussed from different points of view. The theoretical part of the research consists of three parts. In the first part, the main boundary markers of fashion illustration through history are presented. The second part includes the presentation of painting techniques and materials. In the third part, we describe how characteristics of materials influence the look of textile or parts of the clothing unit. In the experimental part of the diploma paper, based on the photos of three different clothing images, the analysis of the look of material, for each clothing unit separately, has been made. The latter is followed by studies of materials made by different painting techniques. Further, the examples of the most appropriate look, according to chosen photos, are used in making the fashion illustrations. The purpose and the painting technique that were chosen for certain material are described in the results and discussion. The look of fashion illustration has changed through times. Regardless to its appearances, it has always been a significant part of presentation of fashion products and was therefore important through all periods, even today.
