Vloga in pravna ureditev medijev v Rusiji

Abstract

Množični mediji so ena od najpomembnejših institucij sodobne družbe. Njihova vloga pri oblikovanju, delovanju in evoluciji družbene zavesti je ogromna.V diplomskem delu smo predstavili vlogo množičnih medijev v Rusiji, zgodovino njihovega razvoja ter preučili kako jih urejajo, predvsem pravno. Nato smo naredili primerjalno analizo pravne ureditve medijev v Rusiji in v Evropske Uniji, za predstavnico katere smo izbrali Nemčijo. Na koncu smo opredelili učinkovitost obstoječega sistema pravne ureditve in podali glavne smeri razvoja za njegovo izboljšanje.

Secondary abstract:	Mass media are one of the most important institutions of modern society. Their role in the formation, functioning and evolution of social consciousness is enormous. The thesis presents the role of mass media in Russia, the history of their development and how they are regulated, mainly by the law. Furthermore, it contains a comparative analysis of media regulation in Russia and the European Union, represented by Germany. In the end, we defined the effectiveness of the existing system of regulation and presented the main direction of development for its improvement.
