Abstract
V okviru diplomske naloge je izdelan hidravlični sistem z avtomatičnim vodenjem pomika batnice vertikalnega hidravličnega valja. Vodenje je izvedeno s pomočjo industrijskega krmilnika. Poleg hidravličnega valja ključno komponento pri izvedbi predstavlja elektrohidravlični proporcionalni potni ventil. V smiselnem zaporedju je prikazana zasnova in izvedba mehanskega dela hidravličnega sistema, ki vsebuje tudi načrt električne priključitve naprave z industrijskim krmilnikom Siemens S7-200 in zunanjimi napravami. Programiranje krmilnika je smiselno predstavljeno pri metodi avtomatizacije hidravličnega sistema.

Within the thesis, a hydraulic system with automatic guidance of the movement of the piston rod of a vertical hydraulic cylinder is constructed. The control is carried out with the aid of an industrial controller. In addition to the hydraulic cylinder, the key component in performance is an electrohydraulic proportional directional valve. In a logical sequence, the design and implementation of the mechanical part of the hydraulic system, which also includes the plan for an electrical connection of the device with the industrial controller Siemens S7-200 and the external devices, is shown. The programming of the controller is presented in the method of automation of the hydraulic system. |
