Abstract
Sodobna tehnologija je poskrbela za to, da ima elektronsko poslovanje v zadnjih letih velik pomen na področju spletne trgovine. Podjetjem namreč omogoča hitrejše, širše in enostavnejše poslovanje. Uporabniki so dobro informirani in težje zadovoljivi, saj je na trgu veliko konkurenčnih elektronskih trgovin. Da bi pritegnila kupca, mora biti novoustanovljena e-trgovina inovativna. Za uspešnost poslovanja je potrebno upoštevati želje ter potrebe kupcev spletne strani, saj bodo v prihodnosti prav slednje edini vir, na osnovi katerega bo podjetje gradilo svojo poslovanje.
Elektronsko poslovanje je utemeljeno na procesiranju in prenašanju podatkov, kar pomeni sklepanje posla v elektronski obliki. Podjetja lahko z odjemalci komunicirajo na različne načine; poznamo namreč elektronsko poslovanje med podjetjem in potrošnikom (B2C) ter poslovanje med podjetjem in podjetjem (B2B). Prehod podjetja na e-poslovanje pomeni natančnejše in lažje dostopanje do informacij o stanju podjetja. Hitrost poslovanja je večja od klasičnega poslovanja, saj se prilagaja spremembam na trgu.
Diplomski projekt obravnava spletne trgovine, njihove značilnosti ter prednosti in slabosti. Sledi podrobnejši opis kriterijev kakovostnih spletnih strani, ki se med seboj dopolnjujejo.

Modern technology has ensured that e-commerce has been of great importance in the field of online commerce in recent years. It allows companies faster, broader and simpler business. Users are well informed and find it more difficult to achieve their satisfaction, as there are many competing electronic stores on the market. The newly established e-commerce must be innovative to attract the customer. For business success, it is necessary to take into account the wishes and needs of the website buyers, since in the future, they will be the only source from which the company will build its business.
E-commerce is based on the processing and transfer of data; it means concluding a transaction in electronic form. The company can communicate with customers in different ways. We know business-to-consumer e-commerce (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B). The company's transition to e-commerce means more accurate and easier access to information about the state of the company. The speed of doing business is greater than the classic business, as it adapts to market changes.
The diploma project deals with online commerce, their characteristics and advantages and disadvantages. The following is a more detailed description of the criteria for quality websites that complement each other. |
