Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo naredili tehnološko zasnovo domače pivovarne. S pomočjo programskega paketa SolidWorks smo izdelali načrt konstrukcije, na kateri se bo pivovarna nahajala. S programskim paketom AutoCAD pa smo izdelali celotno cevno povezavo z vsemi ventili, črpalkami, izmenjevalci, gorilniki in ostalo opremo. Pomemben del naloge je bila izbira komponent, ki so morale ustrezati živilski industriji in imeti potrebne certifikate. Raziskali smo trg, pregledali njegovo ponudbo in izdelke med seboj primerjali. Cilj te naloge je bil, da naredimo stroškovno analizo projekta in podamo mnenje, ali je izdelava takšnega pivovarskega sistema smiselna.

Secondary abstract:	With the help of a SolidWorks software package, we created a construction plan on which the brewery will be located. With the AutoCAD software package we created a complete pipe connection with all the valves, pumps, exchangers, burners and other equipment. An important part of the assignment was the selection of components that had to be suitable for the food industry with necessary certifications. With market research we were able to compare products of different suppliers. The goal of this assignment was to make a cost analysis of the project and to give an opinion whether the building of such a brewing system makes any sense.
