Abstract

V magistrskem delu je obravnavana investicijska študija energetske prenove javne stavbe Zdravstveni dom Ravne na Koroškem. Predstavljena je zakonodaja, pravilniki in smernice, ki veljajo na področju energetske učinkovitosti. S pomočjo programa PHPP so izračunani energijski tokovi v stavbi pred in po njeni prenovi. Na podlagi izračuna smo ugotovili kako energetsko potratna je stavba in koliko prihrankov lahko dosežemo z izvedbo predlaganih ukrepov energetske prenove. Za predviden investicijski projekt energetske prenove stavbe je bila izdelana investicijska študija, ki obravnava analizo potreb za izvedbo projekta, usklajenost projekta s strateškimi dokumenti, terminski plan izvedbe, finančno in ekonomsko upravičenost projekta ter analizo tveganj in vplivov, ki bi jih izvedba projekta imela na okolje. S pomočjo pripravljenega popisa del s predizmerami je ocenjena celotna vrednost investicije, nato pa izračunana finančna in ekonomska upravičenost projekta. Investicijska študija služi investitorju za sprejetje odločitve ali naj se projekt izvede ali pa se zaključi s fazo izvedbe študije.

Secondary abstract: This master’s thesis talks about an investment study of energy-efficient refurbishment of a health center Ravne na Koroškem. The legislation, regulations and guidelines in the area of energy efficiency are presented. Buildings energy flows before and after the refurbishment were calculated with the program PHPP. On the basis of this calculations we were able to determine how energy-wasteful the building is and how much savings we can achieve by implementing the suggested measures. For the investment project of energy-efficient refurbishment an investment study was prepared which includes the analysis of the needs for the implementation, the consistency of the project with strategic documents, the schedule implementation, the financial and economic viability and the analysis of risks and impacts the project would have on the environment. We estimated the whole investment cost by making a list of tasks and then we calculated the financial and economic viability of the project. According to this investment study the investor will be able to decide whether the project should be implemented.
