Celovita učinkovitost opreme v proizvodnih podjetjih

Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opisana metoda OEE in njena praktična uporaba na izbranem delovnem sredstvu v podjetju Silkem d.o.o.. Metoda kritično ocenjuje koriščenje proizvodnih postopkov in je primerna za vse vrste proizvodnih procesov. Členi se na tri faktorje – razpoložljivost, zmogljivost in kakovost, s katerimi se oceni učinkovitost uporabe proizvodne opreme. Metoda spada v okvir vitke proizvodnje, katera je v modernem času vse bolj pomembna za podjetja, ki hočejo biti konkurenčna ter proizvajati kakovostne proizvode hitro, varno ter z čim manjšimi stroški. Prispevek naloge je približati pojem vitke proizvodnje in metode OEE podjetjem. To vključuje prikaz zbiranja podatkov potrebnih za izračun OEE, izračun OEE, iskanje izgub v proizvodnem procesu ter postopke odprave teh izgub.

Secondary abstract:	The master thesis describes theoretical background of the method OEE and its practical use on production equipment in Silkem d.o.o.. The method critically assesses the use of production equipment and it is suitable for all types of production processes. It is based on three assessment factors – availability, performance and quality, which are used to assess effectiveness of the use of production equipment. The method falls within the framework of lean production, which is increasingly important for companies, which want to be competitive and want to produce high quality products quickly, safely and at the lowest possible costs. The contribution of thesis is to approximate the concept of lean production and OEE method to companies. This includes the display of data collection that is needed for calculation of OEE, OEE calculation, identification of the losses in production process and procedures of eliminating those losses.
