Secondary abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with a device for optical data transfer, where heat load is caused by sun radiation and outside temperature in combination with internal heat sources. Analytical calculation is impossible due to the complexity of the device; therefore, numerous numerical simulations for various parameters have been made, comparative simulation with real life parameters from test unit being one of them. Richardson extrapolation was used to determine how mesh density effects the results of numerical analysis. The results will be used as a guideline for future development. |
