Abstract
Dan danes v gradbeništvu uporabljamo veliko različnih materialov, med katerimi je zelo uporaben beton. Kot uporaba samega betona ni funkcionalna, zato uporabljamo armaturo. Zraven vsega tega, pa se ne zavedamo, da imamo okrog sebe veliko prednapetih elementov in konstrukcij, ker se dodatno uporabi sila prednapenjanja. Sama tehnologija prednapetega betona je različna.
V projektni nalogi bom predstavila dve tehnologiji izdelave, in sicer od začetka izdelave do končnih elementov oziroma konstrukcij. Poznamo tehnološki proces predhodno ali adhezijsko prednapetega betona in tehnološki proces naknadno prednapetega betona. Dotaknila in opisala bom tudi osnovne, a pomembne varnostne ukrepe pri izdelavi prednapetega betona.

Nowadays a wide variety of materials are used in civil engineering, of which concrete is a
very useful one. As the use of concrete itself is not functional, reinforcements are used
instead. Furthermore, we are not aware that there are many prestressed elements and
structures around us, which are additionally being used by a prestress force. The technology
of the prestressed concrete itself is different.
In the project paper, two manufacturing technologies are presented, from the beginning of the
manufacturing process to the final elements and structures. We have knowledge of a
technological process of a preliminary or adhesive prestressed concrete and a technological
process of a subsequently prestressed concrete. Moreover, basic but also important safety
measures in the manufacture of prestressed concrete are presented. |
