Secondary abstract: | Demands considering reliability and accuracy of dimensional measurements in the industry are increasing. Very good knowledge about the metrological characteristics of each measurement process is therefore extremely important. The diploma paper deals with the field of optical and sensory three-coordinate measurements. In the theoretical part of the diploma paper we present basics of metrology, three coordinate measuring technique and optical measuring devices. The empirical part of diploma consists of measurements and results. At the beginning we present the product, and then preparation of measurements and measurements on a three-coordinate measuring devices. The following is a description of the measurements on the optical digitizer. We conclude with the comparative analysis of the optical digitizer based on the reference measurements on the three-coordinate measuring device. |
