Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem obravnaval tlačni cevovod podjetja ISKRA-RELEJI, d. d., kjer so prisotne velike tlačne in volumetrične izgube na napeljavi. Preveril sem ustreznost napeljave, tlačne posode in izvedel računalniško simulacijo za primerjavo rezultatov. Na razvodu sem izmeril tlačne padce, puščanje sistema in pretok. Nato sem s pomočjo analitičnih preračunov določil tlačni padec. Rezultate sem želel preveriti še z računalniško simulacijo, ki sem jo izvedel s pomočjo programskega paketa ANSYS. Izračuni so pokazali, da na sistemu prihaja do velikih izgub, meritve pa so to potrdile. Podjetju sem predstavil rezultate in predlagal ukrepe za zmanjšanje izgub. Vodilni v podjetju so se nato odločili za rekonstrukcijo in predlagane spremembe.

Secondary title: Evaluation of losses in pressure pipeline for compressed air in company Iskra - Releji d.d.
Secondary abstract: In the thesis I have analised the pressure pipeline in company ISKRA-RELEJI, d. d., where they have problems with high pressure and volumetric losses on the pipeline. I checked the relevance of the exsisting pipeline, pressure vessel and executed CFD analysis for comparison of the results. I measured pressure losses, leaking of the pipeline and flowtrough the pipes. With the help of analytic calculations, I was able to determine pressure drops. I wanted to check the results with computer simulation, wich was carried out by ANSYS software. Calculations showed huge pressure and volumetric losses, and measurements just confirmed that. I presented the results to company and suggested some improvements, that can be made to reduce the losses. Superiors have then decided for reconstruction of the pipeline and changes that were recommended.
