Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisana poenostavljena numerična simulacija laboratorijske pilotne naprave za sežig odpadkov na rešetki, ki je bila izdelana v programskem orodju ANSYS CFX 18.0. V numeričnemu modelu smo predpostavili zgorevanje plinaste faze (metana), dogajanje v kurilni napravi pa smo opisali z uporabljenimi modeli za prenos toplote, sevanja in turbulentnega zgorevanja. Z dobljenimi rezultati smo predstavili analizo zadrževalnega časa, tokovna, temperaturna in hitrostna polja ter polja koncentracij zraka (kisika) in koncentracij produktov popolnega ter nepopolnega zgorevanja.

Secondary title: Simplified numerical simulation of flow and temperature conditions in the pilot scale waste incinerator
Secondary abstract: This study describes a simplified numerical simulation of combustion on the grate, in the pilot scale waste incinerator. The numerical simulation is done using commercial package ANSYS CFX 18.0. The assumption of a numerical model is the gas phase (methane) combustion, which was described with models for heat transfer, radiation and turbulent combustion. With the obtained results, we have analyzed and presented the residence time, temperature fields, velocity fields, fields of air (oxygen) concentrations, and the formation products of complete or incomplete combustion.
