Abstract
Razredništvo je odgovorna in zahtevna naloga, saj mora razrednik biti kos številnim nalogam. Pričujoče magistrsko delo z naslovom Sodelovanje razrednih učiteljev s starši na dvojezičnem območju v Prekmurju je empirično delo. V teoretičnem delu smo se najprej osredotočili na razrednika in njegovo delo. Zanimala so nas tudi področja, načini in oblike njegovega profesionalnega razvoja, saj je vseživljenjsko učenje ter izobraževanje ključnega pomena pri učiteljskem poklicu. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili razrednikove vloge in možne osebnostne lastnosti, ki se v veliki meri povezujejo s spoznavnim, telesnim, duševnim ter socialnim razvojem učencev. Osredotočili smo se tudi na sodelovanje med razrednikom in starši. Temeljni cilj vseh je uspešnost učencev, kar je poglavitni razlog za prizadevanje za čim boljše sodelovanje med šolo in domom. V okviru tega smo opisali komunikacijo, saj bi brez nje omenjeno sodelovanje le težko delovalo, pomemben dejavnik pa so tudi določena načela sodelovanja med razrednikom in starši. Osredotočili smo se na možne ovire in prednosti ter najpogostejše oblike sodelovanja. Zadnji del teoretičnega dela se ukvarja z dvojezičnostjo in dvojezičnim poukom v Prekmurju ter posebnostmi sodelovanja med učitelji razredniki in starši na dvojezičnem območju. Namen empiričnega dela je bil preučiti mnenje staršev učencev dvojezičnih osnovnih šol o značilnostih razrednikovega dela in njegovem sodelovanju z njimi (vključno z drugim strokovnim delavcem - v primeru, da otrok obiskuje 1. triado). Anketirali smo starše učencev, ki obiskujejo razredno stopnjo na kateri izmed štirih dvojezičnih osnovnih šol v Prekmurju. Med odgovori staršev obeh triad ni bilo znatne razlike. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so starši zadovoljni z razrednikovim delom, prav tako je sodelovanje med razrednikom in starši ustrezno. Tako domače kot šolsko okolje vplivata na učenčev celostni razvoj, zato sta ustrezno delo razrednika in dober partnerski odnos, predvsem med starši ter razrednikom, zelo pomembna.

Class teaching is a responsible and demanding task, since it requires a teacher to tackle a lot of different situations. The present master thesis entitled Cooperation between Primary Teachers and Parents in the Bilingual Region of Prekmurje is an empirical piece. In the theoretical part the class teacher's work is presented. We were interested in the fields, methods and forms of his professional development as lifelong learning and education are vital in the teaching profession. Teacher's role and personality, which are closely linked to cognitive, physical, mental and social development of pupils are presented in the continuation. Furthermore, we focused on the collaboration between class teachers and parents. The common goal of parents and the school is the success of pupils, which is also the main reason for striving to optimize the cooperation between them. In this context, we described a communication, which is often the basis of this cooperation, however, another important factor are the principles of cooperation between the class teacher and parents. We focused on some of the obstacles and advantages, as well as the most common forms of cooperation. The final theoretical part of the thesis deals with bilingualism and bilingual education in Prekmurje, including special forms of cooperation between class teachers and parents in a bilingual environment. The purpose of this thesis was primarily to examine the parents' opinion whose children are attending bilingual primary schools on the class teacher's working methods (including other skilled workers - if the child is attending the 1st triad) and his collaboration with them. A survey was carried out among parents whose children are attending (1st and 2nd triad) one of four bilingual primary schools in Prekmurje. No significant difference was detected among the parents' answers. According to the results, parents are satisfied with the class teacher's work and they describe their collaboration with the teacher as effective. Both domestic and school environment influence the pupil's comprehensive development, thus proper teacher's working methods and a good partnership, especially between parents and a class teacher, are of major importance. |
