Secondary title: | High-speed camera modal updating |
Secondary abstract: | Modal updating using accelerometers is relatively well researched, however measuring large numbers of degrees of freedom can be time consuming and sometimes impossible. With the use of high-speed cameras, it is possible to measure those large amounts of coordinates simultaniously. This fact makes the approach appropriate for use in modal updating. In the first sections, the theoretical background of well-established methods is presented and their use is demonstrated on numerical examples. Use of updating methods on more realistic examples is shown on experiment carried out in laboratory. The high-speed camera approach was found to be effective and comparable with classical approach, when applied to small number of updating parameters. |
