Abstract

Namen magistrskega dela je konstruirati voziček za prevoz ivernih plošč z mesta skladiščenja v vertikalnem položaju do mesta za razrez, saj imamo v domačem podjetju Mizarstvo Klančnik s. p. s tem že od nekdaj težavo. Za prenašanje plošč sta potrebni vsaj dve osebi, ki pa v podjetju nista ves čas prisotni. Po pregledu obstoječih rešitev smo konstruiranje vršili po principu sistemskega projektiranja in konstruiranja v strojništvu. Preko iskanja delnih rešitev smo oblikovali voziček za prevoz, mehanizem za pritrjanje plošče in mehanizem za preves plošče v horizontalni položaj. V nadaljevanju je predstavljen 3D model, izdelana pa je bila tudi kompletna tehniška dokumentacija, ki bo služila za izdelavo prototipa.

Secondary title: Design of trolley for transporting chipboards
Secondary abstract: The purpose of master work is to design a trolley for transporting chipboards from storage in vertical position to cutting machine, because in our home bussines Mizarstvo Klančnik s.p., this has always been a problem. To transfer one board requires at least two persons which are not present in the company all the time. After an overview of existing solutions we start to design a trolley according to standards in engineering. We came up with a design for transporting, a design for attaching chipboards and a design for tilting boards from vertical to horizontal position. Master work carries on to presentation of 3D model. We also made a complete technical documentation, which will serve for prototype production.
