Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali koncept mlečnega obhoda in učinkovitost tovrstnega transporta v primerjavi s klasičnimi prevozi.

Secondary title: Development of the production supply simulation model based on a milk run principle
Secondary abstract: In the master’s thesis we discuss the milk run concept and its effect on the system in comparison to conventional concept of transport. Two main models with differences in utilization of employees, the number of recurring transports and other parameters are presented. Controlled environment was created with the help of the AnyLogic software, so that we could observe the differences between the conventional and milk run concept of transport. The comparability of results is mostly due to the fact, that it is possible to limit the number of influences on a process in a computer simulation and highlight only those of interest with established correlations between them and the impact on the system as a whole. The results of model simulations show differences in delivery times and other parameters that are important in production environment. We have also defined parameters that can serve as an aid in planning for the implementation of the milk run concept, or for determining the best concept of transport in the factory.
