Abstract

Temeljni namen diplomskega dela je preučiti razvoj in izvajanje organizacijske kulture v podjetjih. Organizacijsko kulturo predstavlja sistem norm, stališč, vrednot, pravil in prepričanj. V teoretičnem delu smo preučili kaj je organizacijska kultura, njen nastanek in razvoj, funkcije kulture, različne tipologije organizacijske kulture, vlogo kulture v vedenju podjetja ter pomen kulture za poslovanje podjetja. V empiričnem delu smo na temelju opravljene ankete preučili organizacijsko kulturo v podjetjih Ptica Fantazija d.o.o. in Sončni studio Laguna. Namen ankete je bilo spoznati mnenje zaposlenih o sedanji organizacijski kultura in možnostih o njenem izboljšanju. Preučili smo razlike v organizacijski kulturi med obravnavanima podjetjema ter oblikovali predloge za možne predloge izboljšave organizacijsko kulturo. V diplomski nalogi smo prišli do spoznanja, da organizacijska kultura predstavlja konkurenčnost podjetja v sodobnem okolju.

Secondary abstract: Organization culture we called as system of norms, positions, values, rules and convictions. In theoretic side we had with right literature defined what is organization culture and its role, how it arise and it progress, functions and species of different typologies of organization culture. We had defined behavior of employees in companies and how strong is their influence in company. In company Ptica Fantazija d.o.o. and Soncni studio Laguna we had with help of poll questionnaire and with comparing theoretic side analyzed their organization culture of company. Purpose of this poll questionnaire is that, we could see through the eyes of employees how the organization culture is and how can we improve it. We had specified differs, that are between both companies and specified possible suggestions of improvements for organization culture, that are needed in companies Ptica Fantazija and Soncni studio Laguna. In thesis we have found out, that organizational culture represents the company’s competition position in the modern environment.
