Abstract

Diplomsko dela zajema modeliranje, izdelavo ter meritve na modelski trilopatični turbini, s profilom lopatic NREL S825 in premerom rotorja 936 mm. S programskim paketom SolidWorks je bil kreiran model turbine, ki smo ga nato izdelali s postopkom 3D tiskanja na dveh različnih tiskalnikih. Na izdelanem fizičnem modelu smo nato v vetrovniku opravili meritve sil in vibracij, povzročenih s strani vetrne turbine. Iz meritev smo izračunali delno karakteristiko moči, saj smo bili navzgor omejeni s številom obratov vetrne turbine zaradi slabih lastnosti materiala, iz katerega je bil narejen model. Rezultate smo prikazali tabelarično in grafično.

Secondary abstract: The thesis involves modeling, creation and measurments of three-bladed model wind turbine, with airfoil NREL S826 and rotor diameter of 936 mm. Turbine model was designed using SolidWorks design software. Model was later created using two different technologies of 3D printing. Force and vibration measurements were conducted in the wind tunnel. Measured results were used to calculate the power curve. Due to using ABS polymer as wind turbine construction material, maximal rotational speed of wind turbine was limited. The results are arranged in tables and graphicaly displayed.
