Abstract

V projektni nalogi so teoretično opisani postopki in načini oblikovanja ponudbenih cen za gradbene objekte na podlagi popisov del, predizmer in predračunov. Za lažjo predstavo je prikazan potek procesa izdelave projektnega predračuna. Na praktičnem primeru večstanovanjskega objekta je prikaz izdelave popisa gradbenih del in njim pripadajoči izračuni predizmer za posamezne postavke. S pomočjo programa 4BUILD je izdelan celoten ponudbeni predračun gradbenih del, izdelan pa so ob enem tudi izpisi normativov predračuna. Z dodano vrednostjo obrtniških in inštalacijskih del iz projektantskega predračuna sorodne stavbe, smo vrednost ponudbenega predračuna primerjali z vrednostjo pridobljeno s pomočjo modela STOY.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we theoretically describe the procedures and ways of making offers for constructional facilities based on job surveys, preliminary measurements and unit price estimation. For an easier performance we displayed the course of the process of making unit price estimations. Based on an actual case of multi-dwelling building we displayed the manufacture of constructional jobs surveys, and corresponding pre-measurements for individual jobs. With help of the program 4BUILD we made a complete prior assessment of costs for constructional works with additional unit price analysis. Adding the value of craft and installation works from unit price estimation of a similar building, we compared the value of unit price estimation with the value obtained from the STOY model.
