Abstract

Projektna naloga obravnava vpliv izbire zidaka na interno ceno izvedbe izbranega ovoja stavbe. Ovoj stavbe obravnavamo kot sistem v sestavi notranjega ometa, zidakov in fasade. S prikazom izračuna internih cen za posamezen sloj sistema bomo prikazali kako se v izbranem sistemu ovoja stavbe, s ciljno toplotno prehodnostjo sistema, spreminja potrebna debelina toplotne izolacije v odvisnosti od izbire zidaka. Prav tako bo interna cena variirala za notranje omete, saj so ti prav tako odvisni od izbire zidaka. Zaključni sloj fasade bo ves čas enak, saj bo variirala samo debelina toplotne izolacije oziroma potreba po njej. S pomočjo vseh izračunanih internih cen bomo poiskali varianto, ki nam nudi najnižjo interno ceno izvedbe izbranega sistema ovoja stavbe.

Secondary title: THE EFFECT OF THE CHOICE OF BRICKS ON INTERNAL COSTS FOR CONSTRUCTING AN EXTERNAL WALL
Secondary abstract: This thesis examines how the choice of masonry building materials impacts the final internal cost for external walls of a building. An external wall is considered to be a system comprised of three layers: interior plaster, bricks and a facade. Internal costs for constructing each particular layer are calculated. Hence, we demonstrated how different options for the external wall with an intrinsic thermal conductivity, lead to different requirements for thermal insulation depending on the choice of bricks. In addition, the costs of internal paintings are varied by the virtue of their dependence on the choice of bricks.The final part of the facade remains constant as the only required change is to vary the thickness of the thermal insulation (if needed). With an aid of calculated internal costs, an optimal combination is determined, given its lowest required internal cost for constructing a building with a chosen system
