diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Dandanes se vse več podjetij srečuje s problemom preobremenjenosti, kar se tiče področja upravljanja s kadri, predvsem v smeri iskanja in selekcije potrebnega kadra. To poglavje zajema veliko različnih in zelo pomembnih, če ne celo ključnih dejavnosti za dobro delovanje vsake organizacije.
Kot je že znano, so kadri gonilna sila vsake organizacije, ki jo je treba poiskati previdno, temeljito in prav tako tudi redno negovati. Od vsake organizacije posebej je odvisno ali se bo s tem problemom oziroma dejavnostjo ukvarjala sama, torej interno, ali pa bo za pomoč poiskala zunanje izvajalce – kadrovske agencije.
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili pojme selekcija kadrov, zunanje izvajanje del oziroma outsourcing, kadrovski outsourcing in kadrovske agencije. Raziskali smo, kakšne prednosti ima kadrovska služba znotraj podjetja in zunanje izvajanje kadrovske dejavnosti. Z izvedbo intervjujev v štirih kadrovskih agencijah – Adecco H.R. d.o.o. , Atama d.o.o. , Competo d.o.o. in Profil d.o.o. - smo ugotovili, katere storitve ponujajo in kako razširjene so pri nas in v tujini. Prav tako smo ugotovili kakšna orodja in teste uporabljajo za selekcijo kadrov.

Nowadays increasingly more companies are facing with problem of overload, on the area of management of human resources. Especially in direction of searching and selection of needed personnel. This chapter contains a lot of different and very important, almost crucial activities for a good performance of every organisation.
As it is already known, human resources are the driving force of each and every organisation. They need to be carefully and thoroughly searched and also regularly maintained. It depends upon every organisation how it will manage this problem or activity – inernally or it will find help in outsourcing this activity, that means staffing agencies will help.
In diploma thesis we introduced the following concepts: selection of human resources, outsourcing, staffing outsourcing and staffing agencies. We researched which advantages personnel department has inside organisation and which advantages staffing agencies or staffing outsourcing has. With help of interviews in four staffing agencies – Adecco H.R. d.o.o. , Atama d.o.o. , Competo d.o.o. and Profil d.o.o. – we found out which services they offer and how extended they are in our country and abroad. We also found out which tools and tests are they using for selection of human resources. |
